Re-opening as the DMN Specification relates to import of models and re-use of their elements (including, but not necessarily related to {{Decision}}, {{BusinessKnowledgeModel}}, {{InputData}}, {{KnowledgeSource}}, {{TextAnnotation}}, {{ItemDefinition}} etc).
