Following merge of PRs for https://issues.jboss.org/browse/DROOLS-2921 and https://issues.jboss.org/browse/DROOLS-2941 Users are unable to add {{InputClause}} columns to {{DecisionTables}}. One PR relied on the {{LiteralExpression}} being set on the clause; whilst the other removed the default creation of a {{LiteralExpression}} on the {{InputClause}}.
