Current design of ScenarioGridModel defines new methods to edit data of the grid and keep aligned internal Simulation model and parent "default" methods only update the grid (UI).
Implement the opposite logic to have default behaviour with methods that keep synced grid and Simulation and other optional methods that change only the UI.
