I am rejecting this as the current quickstart cannot be simply expanded to demonstrate the singleton service listeners as originally intended. The quickstart is based on a server managed policy and in order to expand that policy itself with singleton service listeners, we would need to create a policy programmatically defeating scope/purpose of the existing quickstart.

The other option would be to create a new quickstart to just showcase this. Given that this is a very specific and advanced use case, it's not suitable to be a quickstart.
