[~uxdlc] Would you be able to provide some differentiating icons please!? (Assuming UX agree with the proposal!)

The "top level" node types are:-

* Business Knowledge Model
* Decision
* Decision Service
* Input Data
* Knowledge Source
* Text Annotation

We could just use mini versions of the images we use in the palette?
