Pylarion script for importing automation run outputs that are in JUnit format: https://gitlab.cee.redhat.com/istio/kiali-qe/kiali-qe-utils/tree/master/scripts/polarion

Requires repo: https://gitlab.cee.redhat.com/istio/pylarion

Requires (If we settle on using Pylarion): "change_status=True" support in both add_test_record_by_fields() and add_test_record_by_object():

       if change_status:
            self._status_change()
