I don't see any error in publishing. It correctly reported that the job failed. There was failure in Istio-and-Kiali-on-Openshift while installing kiali. I can't check a reason because the failed Kiali-Istio-Checker job run was rolled out.
Could you please specify details what was incorrectly published?
