It looks like (I'm not much familiar with go) that volume mount path is [hard coded|https://github.com/wildfly/wildfly-operator/blob/master/pkg/controller/wildflyserver/wildflyserver_controller.go#L38] and cannot be changed. 

EAP will need  {{/opt/eap/standalone/data}}

Also [documentation|https://github.com/wildfly/wildfly-operator/blob/master/doc/apis.adoc] says it is {{/opt/jboss/wildfly/standalone/data}} but that is different from code's {{/wildfly/standalone/data}}.
