[~ema1] [~ron_sigal] [~asoldano] This is primarily a question for you gentlemen as the main users of httpcomponents are CXF and RESTEasy.

If we'll do an upgrade please move this to WFCORE as that's where it would be done.

[~ehugonnet] JGit uses it too.
