We be sure to use [DateUtils|https://github.com/kiegroup/drools/blob/master/drools-core/src/main/java/org/drools/core/util/DateUtils.java] when ever formatting the dates or the dates can change.

Problem was revealed during another [PR review|https://github.com/kiegroup/drools-wb/pull/1219#pullrequestreview-278693708].
