I created following rover group: https://rover.redhat.com/groups/group/kiali-qe
And filed again the form with following answers:

Please provide the name of the tenant
cfme-middleware-manager-jenkins

Please provide contact email address (prefer a mailing list, if not available the tenant owner email address) *
jon-qa-list at redhat.com

Please provide the rover group name to be authorised with the tenant. Refer this for creating a rover group: https://mojo.redhat.com/docs/DOC-1156886

Do you need a service user account (Jenkins user/Automation) for this tenant? (refer: FAQ link above for more details)

If Service user account is needed, please specify a name (all service users will have "psi-" as prefix when SysOps gets it created)
