[~karreiro] I think you saw this in the doc already, but just adding it to the jira as well. 
* For the text below the input box [~stetson.robinson] recommended: 
"For syntax requirements of your constraint expressions for this data type, see the +{color:#4C9AFF}DMN specification{color}+."
The text would be the same for all the data types. 
* For the hint text in the input box, there he suggested some type of syntax example like an example expression for a Number data type: "(1..10)"
