installed manually ocp 3.11 to PSI openstack in our subdomain - https://fbr-ocp1-m1.ocp1.maistra.upshift.redhat.com:8443 istio/kiali are installed fine. 2e2 tests are passing.
Using Flexywrapper for ocp 3.11 installation on PSI, it's not working. I have to contact Sasha
