[~uxdlc], changed to "external DMN models". I'm not sure whether avoiding the repetition provides enough gain to outweigh the loss of clarity. If I have to choose, I'll opt for clarity every time. But if there's a way to get both less repetition and more clarity, let's do that. I'll think on it some more.
