    Description: 
I) When the user clicks on "Constraints", the Constraints dialog must be loaded:

II) The dialog contains a dropdown with three types of constraints:

- Expression (https://issues.jboss.org/browse/DROOLS-3020)
- Range (https://issues.jboss.org/browse/DROOLS-3019)

The dropdown component loads the other sub-components (three).

III) The dialog has a blank slate state with the message "_Select a constraint type_";

IV) The dialog contains a *Clear all* action;

V) The dialog has an *Ok* button that persists the operation and a *Cancel* button that cancels the operation;
