I have attached the decision service palette and canvas icons. I've also enclosed an updated palette icon for the "decision", since the original had slightly rounded corners and I wanted to better distinguish it from the rounded rectangle for "decision service" - The original file for decision was "taks_palette.svg" (task with a typo, I believe...)

I didn't include the decision service expanded state initially. Here are the additional/updated files to support that state. For the canvas file, please let me know if you need it built differently. I wasn't sure if the way I did it will work. I divided the rounded rectangle into two equal shapes that are stacked.
