[~karreiro] thank you for reporting this, I would propose to extend scope of this jira to prevent any other operation than edit name, type, isList, constraintValue of searched results.

Adding entries when search results  is confusing, as due to new added name doesn't match the searched keyword (in most cases), user is not aware that action was done, and can be surprised when hi finish searching, please what is your opinion?
