[~manstis] we should create separate BAPLs for auto-complete and syntax-highlights. Type checking falls under the current BAPL on validation.

I would like to investigate if we can implement an LSP module for FEEL to provide auto-complete and syntax-highlight. This way we can reuse it across multiple IDEs as well as in the workbench.
