I'll start writing tests for the issues with test dev TODO. We should really try to get this in for WF 16. I've collected the status for the issues which have an EAP7 clone in https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1ckFcg7eJ6R-CPlZXlotq-TJeHboAIJmWUVO9mEaSgOk/edit?usp=sharing. Green means test dev is done, yellow means test dev / test plan is still TODO.

[~jamezp] We do not have tests for each issue yet, but we try to have tests for HAL issues which have an EAP7 clone.
