An initial rule units and data source design and implementation has been provided with https://github.com/kiegroup/kogito-runtimes/commit/c2415cbaaf3c2ebc32911a6275e98cd13b125cb4

Reassigning to [~evacchi] for the implementation of the parallel/concurrent executor.
