Scope of this PR is to replace usage of IllegalTransitive rule with dependency:analyze-only plugin/goal (https://maven.apache.org/plugins/maven-dependency-plugin/analyze-only-mojo.html).

Some clean-up of unused/declared dependencies will also be done (*not* in the drools-wb-webapp)
