I am a contributor to the SmallRye OpenAPI implementation I would be happy to take a look at working on this. I have done a bit of review of the existing MP extensions that expose an HTTP context (OpenAPI requires an /openapi context path), but I have not found anything that is not using the admin interface in Wildfly. If anyone can give me some pointers on where to look to see how an extension can get hold of an Undertow interface (I assume) to register a listener/filter at that path I would appreciate it.
