When you rebuilt e.g. https://jenkins2.bc.jonqe.lab.eng.bos.redhat.com:8443/job/upstream-pipeline/ the OS_PASSWORD must be set again.
It's easy to overlook this.
We should either use credentials or document this properly or other option???
