[~tirelli] Updated the Marvel prototype to reflect comments from iteration 1:
* Co-branding on the cover page Red Hat + KIE
* Removed Option B for the DRD components table 

Not sure which file type we need for the co-branding. Including 3 different file types (In order of preferred use):
*  [^RedHat_KIE_logo.svg] 
*  [^RedHat_KIE_logo.eps] 
*  !RedHat_KIE_logo.png|thumbnail!
