kiali-core-pr-e2e-test was not configured to clean old job runs. There was quite a lot of them which might be a reason that  /job/kiali-core-pr-e2e-test/api/python?tree=allBuilds%5Bnumber%2Curl%5D  was timing out. Updated job config. So far 5 jobs run successfully. Waiting for more to close this issue.
