[~danielezonca] I have created three demo for background data.

*Design 01* add a new tab to show the Background.
(weakness：Some user may not notice this tab sometimes)

*Design 02* add the background on the top of the form.
(weakness：It may take up a lot of space, but we can use a folded panel or a modal)

*Design 03* add the background in the right panel

What do you think about these designs?
