    Description: 
* No kebab menu - the only actions are Delete (trash can), Cancel (x icon) and Add (+ icon.) 
* Add row (+ icon): Clicking the icon adds a new row. -Should be “disabled” when a row is in “edit mode.” 
* Remove/Delete row: Click the trash can icon.
* Clear field: Click the X “cancel” icon.
