[~mkouba][~manovotn] the issue should be solved at the [~ljnelson]'s PR https://github.com/jbosstm/narayana/pull/1403/ (https://github.com/jbosstm/narayana/pull/1403/files#diff-b03d2da401b2b1c3c9b1be16a688ab46R120) where the `new InitialContext()` is used instead of `CDI.current()` as it was discussed here.

[~rakcheru] do you think you would be able to test the fix with your reproducer?
