h2. Steps to Reproduce

- Deploy Istio or Maistra

- Enable Automatic Sidecar Injection (https://istio.io/docs/setup/kubernetes/additional-setup/sidecar-injection/)

- Deploy Kiali Test Mesh Operator:
     - Clone https://github.com/kiali/kiali-test-mesh
     - Execute make operator-deploy-openshift 
     - Execute make deploy-bookinfo-automatic-sidecar

- Look into kiali-traffic generator logs for last 5 minutes. You will see that the number of success queries will not match the health reported in the last 5 minutes.


On my graph picture attached, there are lots of reds but no single query has failed in the period of time.
