[~danielezonca] I don't have access to the current CICD, just an older one - so maybe it's been updated. In DMN decision tables when you right click a cell it both highlights it and displays the contextual menu. In Scenario it seems to only show the menu. Adding [~manstis] in case I'm misunderstanding something.
