What was changed:
    1) Jenkins jobs  Istio-and-Kiali-on-Openshift and Kiali-on-Openshift have a new Parameter CONTAINER_STORAGE
        CONTAINER_STORAGE is a selectable parameter, with a default of quay.io/kiali-qe

    2) install_kiali.sh: supports pushing builds to CONTAINER_STORAGE
            kiali-qe-utils PR-12 [2]

Original Jobs:
    Both Istio-and-Kiali-on-Openshift and Kiali-on-Openshift have been renamed with the suffix 'dockerio'
