Fixed on the install-bookinfo job.
It wasn't a problem on the bookinfo job itself, but the installation process that was including proxy-init containers on other namespaces which didn't have permission to pull the secrets from the quay repository.

As a workaround, I added the puller back to Maistra Job

Old bookinfo should be considered deprecated for now on.
