It is not CI tested [~smarlow] yet. We're waiting for Apache CXF upgrade in WildFly to fix remaining JDK13+ issues. Then the plan is to test it regularly in our CI lab.
I'm attaching both test and server logs. Steps to reproduce the issue are:

 * Download and install latest OpenJDK13
 * Switch shell to use downloaded JDK
 * Build wildfly with 'mvn clean install -DskipTests'
 * Run the test: 'cd testsuite/integration/basic && mvn clean test -Dtest=**/MultiplePuTestCase'
