[~danielezonca][~gabriolo] Question does is behave more like the hover tips here: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Popover. or more like the hover tips here: https://www.patternfly.org/pattern-library/widgets/#tooltip. Are there any keyboard triggers for the popovers?
