Hello [~manstis], [~bdellasc]. Could you guys please provide the tooltips for the context palette buttons that will be used for the DMN nodes? Do they differ in any way from BPMN, or should we go with the same pattern being used for them, which goes as follows: 

To add a new (name of node), click or drag the icon.
