If you have JBoss EAP support, you should open a support case via https://access.redhat.com/support/cases/ as it's hard to say when a request for help filed through the WildFly community will get attention.  If you don't have a support subscription you might get help faster from other users via the forums or the wildfly-user room in zulip: https://wildfly.org/gethelp/
