I recompiled the ansible slave and it didn't work.

ERROR: Unable to contact the Docker daemon. Please refer to https://docs.docker.com/config/daemon/ for managing the daemon
https://jenkins2.bc.jonqe.lab.eng.bos.redhat.com:8443/job/test-molecule/18/console

Running those tests locally they work as they expected.
