[~manstis] [~stetson.robinson] I used the text from the pop-over title, as illustrated:

I included some other possibilities (text color is link blue and provided a tooltip.) It kinda looks like a button this way though, for better or worse. Plus if the link color is blue for this cell that launches a pop-over it should probably be so for all cells that might launch a pop-over. Just food for thought. I believe the text change in the minimal fix though.
