I am going to close this issue as the original templates work fine with the new builder image. The only issue is when the user wants to use the old templates and provision their own server (using env vars or provisioning.xml) which would result in server not including all modules the templates might expect. However, this seems more like a configuration issue, not a bug with the image or templates. Documentation should include a note about this.
