[~bdellasc] [~karreiro] [~danielezonca] [~tirelli] I'm closing this Epic because the "child" jiras have been handed off. The prior google doc that this jira pointed to is no longer current, so I pulled it. 

When we document the keyboard navigation and such, I can make a new story to document these popovers. If you have any questions in the interim please let me know. Thanks!
