Does/should the Operator support setting the [memory|https://kubernetes.io/docs/tasks/configure-pod-container/assign-memory-resource/] + [cpu|https://kubernetes.io/docs/tasks/configure-pod-container/assign-cpu-resource/] limits?  

Or is that out of scope for what the Operator would/should support?
