    Description: DefaultValueAttributeConverter is perhaps the most commonly used attribute converter, used when the default value of a given attribute changes.  The implementation in WFCORE uses a separate instance for each attribute.   The default implementation can be implemented more concisely, such that a single instance can be used for any attribute.
