Updated all https://jenkins2.bc.jonqe.lab.eng.bos.redhat.com:8443/view/pr-jobs/
Now it runs correct job based on target branch of the PR.
Missing part is maistra 1.1 builds, jobs are expecting it in quay.io/maistra with latest-1.1-qe tag. If it's going to be something different we have to change it.
