You can start from hello world DMN + quarkus project ( https://github.com/kiegroup/kogito-examples/tree/stable/dmn-quarkus-example/src/main/resources ) and replace Traffic Violation DMN with one of the DMN + PMML examples we have ( https://github.com/kiegroup/drools/tree/master/kie-dmn/kie-dmn-pmml-tests-parent/kie-dmn-pmml-tests/src/test/resources/org/kie/dmn/pmml )
