    Resolution: Done


**The failure was caused by "No package matching 'podman' found available, installed or updated" which happened because of "The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to.." when trying to registry the VM via subscription manager.
There was some issue with 'subscription.rhsm.stage.redhat.com:443' yesterday which is not under our control.
It's working fine now again. OCP 4.4 disconnected was provisioned correctly.
