Can we come up with a Jenkins job that will automate the running of AWS cluster creation by averaging the following shell script:

https://gitlab.cee.redhat.com/istio/kiali-qe/kiali-qe-utils/blob/master/openshift/aws/create_aws_cluster.sh

Main question would be how to use individual AWS credentials? Or can we get a team AWS account?
