There is new job https://jenkins2.bc.jonqe.lab.eng.bos.redhat.com:8443/view/infra-jobs/job/download-ocp-installers/ which downloads installers to http://web.bc.jonqe.lab.eng.bos.redhat.com/ocp-installers/
Install jobs have new parameter OCP_INSTALLER_LOCAL_MIRROR to enable that option.
