[~aabdelsa] I upgraded BC to version 1.65b16 and get the same error "javax.net.ssl.SSLException: readHandshakeRecord" with https://ci.wildfly.org/viewLog.html?buildId=192989&tab=buildResultsDiv&buildTypeId=WF_MasterLinuxJdk13.  It looks test WSTrustTestCase#testPicketLink breaks testBearer() and testHolderOfKey tests.  I looked at the handshake log(please find from attachement) , there is no more findings. It seems there are setting in PicketLinkSTS server endpoint affects ssl setting for other endpoints. I still don't know why.  But JDK8 doesn't share this problem.  Is it possible some jdk13 bug ?
