[~aabdelsa] [~jim.ma] Does the @FixMethodOrder on WSTrustTestCase plus an @Ignore on org.jboss.as.test.integration.ws.authentication.policy.AuthenticationPolicyContextTestCase let testsuite/integration/ws pass?

That's the other test that uses PicketLinkSTSService.

If it does that might provide a further clue.
