Sometimes the install-istio fails with:
Error from server (InternalError): error when creating "STDIN": Internal error occurred: failed calling webhook "validation.istio.io": Post https://istiod.istio-system.svc:443/validate?timeout=30s: x509: certificate has expired or is not yet valid (repeated 1 times)
